１	Viscosity	250 Pa･s (Brookfield HBT 25°C)）
２	Hardening conditions	150°C for 30 minutes
３	Storage conditions	Store at 5 - 10°C Unpack after the adhesives return to room temperature before use in order to prevent moisture from mixing in the paste.
４	Strength and resistance assessment method	After affixing the 3216-size jumper resistors to the Cu land on the glass epoxy substrate at the conditions 150°C for 30 minutes, the strength and resistance were evaluated by the contact resistance and Shore strength (Shore strength assessment method: see EIAJ RCX-0104/102)
